🪴 Thanks to the Carroll County students, parents, and staff who came out today for the Sellers Community Garden spring cleanup!
Despite the rainy weather, we made great progress getting the garden ready for spring planting.
We hope you can make it to the official dedication ceremony on May 2 at 10 AM!

🥕Fresh rainbow baby carrots, and mustard field greens survived the winter! They’re crispy and delicious. Carrot tops are also delightful - add them to your salad, or make a pesto. Please come help yourself and enjoy! Compliments of the Sellers Community Garden Conservation Club and Cartmell STLP.

Gracie, Jaxtyn, and Carley's moms helped students in Ms. Johnson’s class dye eggs before spring break. They donated all the materials and each student was able to dye and take home two eggs each. 🖤🥚💛

We are so blessed at Cartmell to have such an amazing assistant principal. She is always there and willing to talk through any situation that you may have with students and staff.
Our students are lucky to have someone as fair and consistent as Ms. Wilson. Her number one goal for all of our students is to make sure that they have a safe place to learn. Thank you, Ms. Wilson for all that you do for us.
Students from Mrs. Geyer's class invited some of their friends to join them for an egg hunt this afternoon. The weather was perfect and so were the smiles! 😊

The Carroll County Area Technology Center will be in session April 2 and 3, but Carroll County students are not required to attend.

Any student and their family member can pick up a Backpack Buddy at Kathryn Winn on Friday, April 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and at Cartmell Elementary on Friday, April 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please use the main entrance of the school to access the Backpack Buddy distribution.🎒

Panther friends and families, please help Cartmell Elementary reach its goal in the Million Can Project. Schools throughout the nation are collecting aluminum soda cans that are recycled and help raise funds for their schools. All donations should go in the dumpster in the Cartmell parking lot.
The Carroll County Board of Education unanimously approved the 2026-2027 school calendar at its meeting on Thursday, March 26. Please save this for your reference!
