🩺💙 Hello Panther Families! 💙🩺

Flu season is here, and we are seeing an increase in students and staff coming to school while sick. We know it can be challenging for families, and we truly appreciate your partnership in helping keep everyone healthy.

Please take a moment to review the attached flyers for helpful guidance on when it’s best to keep your child (or yourself) home and when it is safe to return to school, as well as important tips on preventing the spread of illness. Allowing time to rest and recover helps your child heal and protects classmates and staff as well. 🤧➡️😊

Thank you for your care, understanding, and support in keeping our Panther community healthy and learning strong! 🐾💪

HEADPHONES REMINDER!
Cartmell students use headphones almost daily with online learning programs, and they are essential to student success. PLEASE check with your student and confirm that they have a working pair of headphones in their classroom for daily use. If not, please send a new pair as soon as possible.
Every student should have a pair of over-the-head headphones (both regular audio jack and USB plug-ins are compatible with student devices). NO earbuds, please!
Please reach out to your child's teacher to determine if a new pair is needed, if necessary.
Thank you for your help and support!

Cartmell Elementary School is incredibly grateful to Marshall Chevrolet for selecting our school as the recipient of its annual Chevy Back to School donation. 🙌 A $1,000 check was presented to Principal Brandi Wells by Marshall Chevrolet representative Justin Hiatt. 💵🤝
“On behalf of Cartmell Elementary, the staff and students would like to thank Marshall Chevrolet for their generous donation,” Wells said.
This generous gift will support a staff holiday dinner 🎄🍽️ and provide academic 📖⭐ and behavioral 🏅👏 rewards for our students. We truly appreciate Marshall Chevrolet’s continued support of our school and community! 🏫🖤💛
